Pricing Update June 2023 – Over the years, it has been our privilege to provide excellent quality private physiotherapy services at an affordable rate. Our prices have not appreciably increased for several years. We absorbed 100% of the costs for PPE and related COVID expenditure during the pandemic while many small businesses enforced a surcharge. Due to a number of factors it is becoming more challenging to continue this way so we’re looking for a compromise that feels right for us, hence the reason for this message.
It won’t come as a surprise to you that the cost of operating a small independent business has significantly increased in the last few years. We are continually working to absorb these rising expenses while ensuring that our services remain accessible to all.
To sustain the level of care you have come to expect, we are asking those who have the means to do so to consider paying a higher price for physiotherapy appointments. We are hoping this compromise is a better option than us simply increasing our treatment prices for everyone.
When you book online you will now see 2 options for all appointments – please choose the option that you feel is affordable to you.
- We ask that you arrive at the time of your appointment as we do not have a waiting room. If you arrive early please wait outside or in your car. If we do not answer the door immediately it may be because we are with a patient. We thank you for your patience.

Booking an appointment for today?
If you are booking an appointment for the same day and you find the appointment no longer available as you progress through the booking it may be because that time slot is no longer available. Please return to the date/time selection page and choose a later time. Our booking system won’t let you book an appointment within the next 4hrs.
Please note that you must complete your booking within a 10 minute period, including payment, otherwise the system may time-out and you will need to start at the beginning again. If you have any issues using the online booking please email us at email@example.com.
- Although face covers are now no longer required within the health setting, it is your choice whether you would like to still wear one. For hygiene reasons we ask that you provide your own face mask.
- Any PPE Tim will be wearing throughout your treatment (in accordance with CSP guidelines at the time of your appointment) will be disposed of safely after each appointment.
Appointments are booked on the understanding that you have not tested positive for COVID and are not showing any symptoms of COVID. If your health changes between booking and the date of the appointment, and you show any of the symptoms of COVID you must telephone us immediately to cancel the appointment.
