Personal Training Packages
With all of our training packages you receive a full consultation so we can work out your goals and discuss the way you wish to train. The goals you set are then tracked over each month, and weekly training sessions are planned to ensure you are constantly working towards achieving your goals.
We can provide you with nutrition advice and general strategies such as keeping a food diary – a proven method to teach you how to make healthy and sustainable changes. Advice on recovery strategies comes with all packages, as does email support when you need it.
Single one-off training session £45 per hour
BRONZE PACKAGE – once per week
SILVER PACKAGE – once per week plus training guidance
GOLD PACKAGE – twice per week plus training guidance
Prices for packages on application by email. Guidance price £35 per session
Physiotherapy, Sports Massage and other treatments are also available.
Consultation at the initial meeting includes a health screening, fitness assessments and goal setting. Payment for the Bronze, Silver and Gold packages is a minimum of 4 weeks in advance by standing order. Single sessions are payable prior to session.
For packages the initial sign up is for a minimum of 3 months – this is to allow enough time to see changes and make good progress towards your goals. We want to work with people who are motivated to achieving their goals and by signing up for this initial period it shows that you are fully committed to the training and plans we will undertake together.
