With roots in deep tissue (Swedish) massage and lymphatic drainage, coupled with contemporary anatomical, physiological and biomechanical knowledge and utilising cutting edge fascial release techniques, we are able to work with you to get the results you want.
Remedial Massage is used for minor to moderate injuries. Rehabilitation Massage can be used for more severe injury or as part of a post surgical intervention plan promoting either specific or non-specific healing, stress reduction, and management of compensation patterns as part of the recovery process.
